Coordinate closely with Project Managers on show calendars, stakeholders involved and operational needs for each event Keep internal tools (Jira, Slack, Airtable) updated and organized to ensure smooth cross-team collaboration ✈️Plan and track travel, accommodation and artist-related expenses against agreed budgets,



flagging deviations when needed Manage artist onboarding and documentation, including contracts and hire orders, in coordination with Legal and Project Managers Support invoice management, classification and cost allocation in coordination with Finance and Project Managers Assist with back-office updates, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and properly documented You speak English fluently.
