Starting in January 2027 , you'll become part of our dynamic Sales Coordination Team , supporting the continued growth of our Belgian Mid-Market business. Based in Barcelona, you will join us as an Inside Sales Officer , partnering closely with sales colleagues, customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, nurture leads and contribute to commercial success. This role is offered on a hybrid basis , with 2 to 3 home-working days per week . We're looking for a native French speaker with excellent communication skills and a good command of either Dutch or English. You enjoy bringing structure to complex situations, have a strong administrative mindset and feel comfortable in a commercial environment. While you will play a key role in supporting sales operations, this position goes beyond administrative coordination. You will also take ownership of projects and initiatives aimed at improving, simplifying and innovating the way we support our sales organisation.



Thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment Sales Operations & Coordination Own the operational process from A-Z for assigned contract requests from Sales Drive, coordinate and shape high-impact RFP responses together with Sales Consolidate cross-functional pricing input into clear customer budget overviews Act as the primary commercial contact for a dedicated group of customers Administration & Data Management Maintain data quality within Salesforce Update, edit and translate sales materials and SharePoint content Maintain sales references, distribution lists and price lists Initiate, coordinate and drive projects that improve and innovate sales-support processes Native-level French with excellent verbal and written communication skills Good command of either Dutch or English Several years of professional experience, preferably in Sales or Sales Support Strong MS Office and CRM skills A genuine passion for administrative, customer-support and sales-support activities Strong planning, coordination and prioritisation skills Natural commercial flair A modern and welcoming office in Barcelona Great coffee, snacks and the unique SD Worx spirit Hybrid working with up to 3 home-office days per week Flexible working schedule Reduced summer
