OverviewAs Project Manager for IDOM's Security and Emergencies line, you will lead and draft projects spanning physical security and cybersecurity for public safety and critical infrastructure.

You work within a multidisciplinary, international team to deliver value to clients and drive project success.

You'll manage large-scale initiatives, participate in client meetings, and shape project strategy while growing with a supportive, growth-focused culture.

ResponsabilidadesLead and manage projects in physical security, cybersecurity and emergency management

Draft project scopes, plans and value propositions for clients

Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders in national and international contexts





Participate in internal and client meetings and steer project execution

Manage large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects and ensure deliverables on time and budget

Contribute to business development and propose innovative solutions to clients

Requisitos principales5+ years'

experience on security and emergencies projects (physical security, cyber security, critical communications, emergency management, contingency plans)

Ability to develop value propositions for clients

Strong client relationship skills at international level

Team player in a multicultural environment

High level of English (C1)

Independent and innovative mindset

Knowledge of national and international market;

certifications in physical security and/or cybersecurity are a plus teamwork communication client relationship management security and cybersecurity project management emergency management contingency planning
