You partner with Product and Design to decide where to invest, while staying hands-on in code and maintaining high quality.

Level up engineers: growth plans, mentoring, code reviews, stretch opportunities, and succession planning

Collaborate with Product Manager and Design to decide foundations and bets, run fast experiments,

Stay hands-on: implement features and architectural changes in the codebase

Maintain AI-native practices and ensure quality while increasing delivery speed

Track and communicate impact with metrics: delivery speed, quality, team engagement, product outcomes

Requisitos principales8+ years of software engineering experience

4+ years leading engineering teams in product companies

Track record of growing engineers and handling performance situations

Hands-on experience using AI to speed up coding, with good judgment on when not to rely on it

Founder mindset: move quickly from idea to experiment, validate with real users, adapt when needed

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and pioneer new approaches

Fluent English leadership and people development coaching and feedback collaboration with product and design

AI-native coding practices experience with payments/fintech (nice to have)

working at scale (nice to have)
