Experteer Overview In this role you own the end-to-end First Mile solve for a core EU flow, driving performance across a multi-country network. You collaborate with Middle Mile and Last Mile partners to deliver seamless delivery, while shaping quarterly strategy and peak execution readiness. You lead a team of analysts and managers, balancing customer experience, capacity, and cost amid complex regulatory and cross-border dynamics.
