? Key responsibilities

- Manage procurement activities for KD/CKD and technical automotive components, including supplier sourcing, RFQ management, technical coordination, cost evaluation, commercial negotiations, and delivery follow-up.
- Coordinate procurement activities throughout the component development lifecycle, from initial sourcing and prototype phases to tooling, trial builds, APQP/PPAP milestones, and mass production (SOP).
- Assess European and international suppliers based on technical capabilities, production capacity, cost competitiveness, quality standards, and delivery performance.
- Conduct detailed cost breakdown analyses, supplier quotation comparisons, benchmarking studies, and commercial negotiations to support competitive and sustainable procurement decisions.
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to support technical evaluations, supplier readiness, production requirements, and project milestones.
- Identify potential suppliers, coordinate capability assessments and technical reviews,



and support localization and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance, coordinate the resolution of quality and delivery issues, and follow up on corrective actions and continuous improvement plans.
- Analyze raw material price fluctuations, supplier capacity constraints, lead times, and potential supply chain disruptions to identify procurement risks.
- Prepare RFQ summaries, cost analyses, supplier performance reports, and procurement project updates while ensuring compliance with corporate procurement policies and automotive OEM quality standards.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in automotive procurement, with previous experience working for an automotive OEM required.
- Proven experience in KD/CKD procurement or technical automotive component sourcing, including body structures, chassis components, electrical systems, mechanical assemblies, or similar components.
- Strong knowledge of automotive procurement processes, including RFQs, supplier negotiations, cost breakdown analysis, supplier evaluations, and sourcing strategies.
- Solid understanding of automotive component development and industrialization processes, including APQP, PPAP, tooling, prototype development, and SOP milestones.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and coordinating procurement activities across different stages of the component lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to evaluate supplier quotations, cost structures, commercial proposals, and supply chain risks.
- Solid analytical capability, with the ability to evaluate cost structures, supplier risks, market scenarios, and commercial proposals.
- Fluency in English is required. Spanish proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
