The Role

Our clients are agencies that manage creators, and no two of them work the same way. As a Senior Professional Services Engineer, you'll build what each one needs on top of our platform: integrations with our API, automations across their tools, and AI agents that take repetitive work off their teams.

This is a senior role in a fast-changing environment: many agencies at once, each with its own setup, and priorities that can shift from one week to the next.

This is a coding role. You'll use tools like n8n or Zapier when they're the fastest option, but most of what you build will be custom code.

You'll partner with our Senior Solutions Engineer, who leads discovery with each agency. You own the build: from a defined need to a working solution in production, handed over with clear documentation.

What you'll do

- Build custom integrations with our API, connecting it to each agency's CRMs, messaging platforms, databases and internal tools.
- Write custom code (scripts, webhooks, lightweight services) to connect systems, and use n8n, Make or Zapier when they're the faster option.
- Build and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered workflows in code, using OpenAI, Anthropic or similar APIs.
- Ship to production and handle what breaks there: errors, rate limits, retries and edge cases.
- Keep many agency environments and configurations organized,



and hand over every solution with documentation the agency can run and extend.
- Turn what repeats across agencies into reusable building blocks, and feed what you learn back to Product and Engineering.

What you bring

- 6+ years writing backend code that runs in production, with senior-level ownership of integrations or similar work.
- Experience as a Professional Services, Forward Deployed, Integration or Implementation Engineer, or in an agency or consultancy handling several clients at once.
- A track record of running many client setups in parallel, each with its own configuration, and keeping them reliable while requirements change.
- Strong backend skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid command of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth, API keys) and data transformation.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents, and comfort with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- You can walk into an unfamiliar setup, figure it out quickly and explain your decisions to non-technical people.

Nice to have

- Experience with n8n, Make or Zapier.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks.
- Deployment experience with Railway, AWS, GCP or Azure, plus Docker or serverless functions.
- Logging, monitoring and alerting for automated systems.
- A GitHub or portfolio with integrations, automations or agents you've built.
