NextLink Group is seeking a Senior AI Security Engineer to support a major enterprise cybersecurity project for a leading general pharmaceutical client.

Sitting at the intersection of AI Security, Architecture, and Risk Management, you will embed robust security controls across Machine Learning, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.

Duration: Permanent

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Work Type: Hybrid- 1 day onsite per week (Fully remote option available for candidates based in Spain)

Salary: Euros 45K to 50K Gross per annum with attractive benefits.

? Key Responsibilities

- Translate AI security risks into technical standards, guardrails, and reusable architecture patterns.
- Conduct threat modeling, security assessments, and testing for ML models, GenAI, and autonomous AI agents.
- Integrate automated security controls into cloud platforms, AI applications, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Define security baselines for model data, IAM, secrets management, and incident readiness.




- Collaborate across AI engineering, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture teams.

? What We're Looking For

- Experience: 5+ years of strong background in Security Engineering, Cloud/AppSec, or Security Architecture with proven exposure to AI/ML security dynamics.
- Technical Depth: Solid understanding of data flows, threat vectors, and guardrails for GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI.
- Hands-on Skills: Practical expertise in threat modeling, IAM, secrets management, and CI/CD security controls.
- Language: Fluent professional English (C1/C2)
- Nice to Have: Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Pharma/Life Sciences), AI security testing, industry certifications, or German/Spanish fluency.
