Our vision is to establish a fully automated and intelligent supply chain globally.Candidates must have graduated or be expected to graduate between September 2026 and August 2027, inclusive.ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of automation projects across the full lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closureAssist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource coordination with internal teams and customersTrack project progress, identify risks and issues,



and prepare structured reports for stakeholdersParticipate in customer and internal meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectivesMonitor on-site activities and support project managers in ensuring execution quality and timeline adherenceAssist in system integration, testing (SIT/UAT), and implementation activitiesCoordinate with supply chain, logistics, and customs teams to ensure timely delivery to customer sitesPrepare project documentation, including handover materials, and support project closure and transition to maintenanceMaintain ongoing communication with customers to support long-term relationships and service qualityUse AI tools to assist in project planning, status reporting, and data analysis to improve efficiency and accuracySupport the development and testing of AI-enabled tools for project tracking, reporting, and workflow automationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, IT, Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringKnowledge of warehouse management, logistics solutions, 3PL, automation, or related fieldsBusiness fluency in English, other European language is a plusExcellent communication and presentation skillProficiency in AutoCAD, WMS, or other IT infrastructurebusiness travel frequently across EMEA region (up to 60-80% of the time)#J-18808-Ljbffr
