ResponsabilidadesDesign, develop, and maintain AI vision software components for parcel management systems

Translate operational requirements into reliable computer vision solutions

Process image and camera data to support real-time decisions in automated logistics

Evaluate, integrate, and industrialize CV technologies and AI models

Collaborate with architects and product owners to define scalable architectures

Ensure maintainability, testability, security, and alignment with engineering standards





Support prototyping, validation, performance optimization, and deployment

Take ownership of technical solution design and contribute to the AI vision roadmap

Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions

Establish engineering best practices in AI vision and software development

Requisitos principalesExtensive software engineering experience, preferably in industrial automation, logistics, robotics, or real-time environments

Hands-on experience with computer vision, image processing, machine learning, or AI-based perception

Experience delivering production-quality software using modern engineering practices

Knowledge of architectures, APIs, distributed systems, data pipelines, and system integrations

Experience moving solutions from concept to scalable, maintainable products

Strong focus on software quality, performance, security, reliability, and maintainability

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Ability to lead technical discussions and guide teams beyond formal authority collaboration communication leadership without authority

OpenCV or similar CV frameworks production deployment of AI/ML solutions cloud-native architectures
