Role Description The SEO Specialist role at PONTSOFT S.L. dynaMIC.cat is a full-time, on-site position based in Reus. The SEO Specialist will optimize company and client websites to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic. Daily tasks include performing keyword research, conducting SEO audits, analyzing web analytics data, and executing on-page optimization activities such as meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and site structure improvements.

The role also involves planning and implementing ethical link-building strategies,



collaborating with developers and content teams to ensure SEO best practices, and preparing performance reports and recommendations. The SEO Specialist will stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to continuously refine strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in keyword research and on-page SEO to optimize content, metadata, and site structure.
- Experience conducting comprehensive SEO audits and implementing technical and content-related improvements.
- Ability to plan and execute ethical link building strategies to enhance domain authority and rankings.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to monitor performance and derive insights.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS basics and how technical factors (site speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing) impact SEO.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and content creators.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant experience in SEO or digital marketing; formal education in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Spanish and Catalan is beneficial for working with local clients and content.
