Enginy in Barcelona is seeking a Growth Marketer who will own conversion across the full funnel, from the first website visit to closed-won, running experiments and building AI-powered lead magnets to accelerate pipeline.You’ll design tests, optimize CRO, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Product to move the numbers.
