ResponsabilidadesDesign and test multi-turn conversational systems using state-aware reasoning loops
Advance generative and agentic AI frameworks and methodologies
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in AI/ML
Lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate adoption of Conversational AI
Deliver end-to-end AI solutions using Python, MLflow, Azure stack and Databricks
Engage with customers to assess needs and translate into AI solutions
Monitor technology trends and apply them to EcoVadis' challenges
Requisitos principalesPhD or Master's degree in quantitative discipline
8+ years in machine learning and NLP
4+ years in Conversational AI in production
Experience leading end-to-end AI initiatives from design to integration
Strong mentoring and accountability for quality delivery
