HawkEye 360 is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect with expertise in commercial communication protocols (DMR, Tetra, and DPTT) to join the Solutions team. The role includes actively engaging with the client and end users to understand their needs, providing hands on training to end users on how to use the data and integrate into their workflows, leading integration efforts with 3 rd party tools and services, and working with internal HE360 teams to better align our offerings to customer needs. Conduct multi-day, technical in-person and virtual training sessions with customers to ensure a deep understanding of HawkEye 360 products and technology. HawkEye 360's "technical front-end"
- Conduct Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and collaboratively explore use cases with the end users. Design and implement technical integrations of data to include data flow from AWS services to on-premises storage and 3 rd party platforms. BS or MS in computer science, Systems Engineering, or related field; Experience exploiting or developing intelligence derived from Digital Push to Talk technologies (DMR, Tetra, etc) utilizing a mixture of IQ and GIS data. ~ Experience using GIS platforms and synthesizing/presenting geospatial data.



~ Experience manipulating communication signals' In-phase and Quadrature data using signal exploitation software. ~ Understanding of radio frequency (RF) technologies, digital signal processing, signal analysis and applications. Hands-on experience with technical integration
- use of AWS, APIs, open-source technologies, etc.
