Overview

In this role, you will plan and execute marketing events across Catalonia and Iberia, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and external agencies to align with business priorities. You’ll manage logistics, vendors, budgets and attendee experience for events ranging from large conferences to regional roadshows. You will support major Salesforce events (World Tours, Innovation Days) with occasional travel to Madrid. You’ll track event performance and demonstrate impact on pipeline and business goals.

Responsabilidades

- Plan and execute marketing events across Catalonia and Iberia, managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and attendee experience
- Support organization of major Salesforce events (World Tours, Innovation Days), with occasional travel to Madrid
- Manage Salesforce participation in industry conferences, sponsorships, and partner events
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and external agencies to ensure events align with business priorities
- Track and report on event results, attendee engagement, and contribution to pipeline and business goals




- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure on-time delivery and event success

Requisitos principales

- 4-5 years of experience in B2B Field Marketing with a strong focus on events
- Proven experience managing event logistics, vendors and budgets
- Experience supporting large-scale corporate events (roadshows, customer summits, flagship conferences)
- Experience managing sponsorships and participation in industry conferences and partner events
- Strong track record working with Sales teams and multiple stakeholders to align events with priorities
- Experience tracking and reporting on event results, attendee engagement and pipeline contribution
- Strong teamwork with autonomous work style and ownership
- Excellent relationship-building, organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish; able to travel to Madrid and other Iberian cities
- Nice to have: knowledge of Catalan market and ecosystem
