It is a strategic engineering leadership position with full accountability for engineering vision, execution, and growth.Your key responsibilitiesEngineering vision & strategic leadershipDefine the engineering vision and long-term technical roadmap for NwPS, aligning investment and priorities with product strategy and commercial OKRs - shaping direction, not just delivering against itRepresent engineering on the SA NwPS leadership team alongside Product, Solution Sales, and Strategic BD - bringing a technical perspective to portfolio priorities and growth decisionsPartner with the CTO, Architecture, and SA CPaaS Engineering to shape shared platform standards and practicesArchitecture & technical strategyDefine the architectural direction for NwPS engineering, with end-to-end accountability and direct leadership of the Architecture functionEstablish architectural standards, technical design governance, and domain architecture that support the evolution and scale of all NwPS productsLead technical decision-making on platform design, CSP integration patterns, and engineering standards - balancing long-term platform needs with product delivery prioritiesData,



AI & platform innovationShape and execute the agentic AI and data platform engineering strategy - turning the NwPS data estate into intelligent, context-aware product capabilitiesSet the technical direction for AI-based analytic and insight platforms, guiding the evolution from raw network data to production-ready intelligent servicesPartner with Product to identify and validate new product opportunities - using proof-of-concepts to test ideas and guide investment, then progressing promising capabilities to full production readinessPlatform delivery & operational excellenceTranslate engineering strategy into end-to-end delivery across all NwPS products - aligning execution with strategic priorities and setting the bar for quality, cycle time, and operational excellenceOwn QA/SDET capability and SRE practices to ensure platform reliability at scaleSupport DevRel engineering in service of the NwPS developer ecosystemWhat you’ll bringRequired:Proven experience leading engineering organisations in SaaS, data platform, or AI/ML product businesses at scale - VP or Senior Director levelHands-on experience with cloud-native engineering and AWS in a product environmentTrack record building or leading agentic AI or AI-based analytics platforms, with a strong understanding of data-driven product architectureDemonstrated ability to scale and lead distributed,
