Overview

In this role you will lead avionics AIV activities for space and defence programs, guiding AIV plans, SCOE/EGSE definitions, and the integration verification process. You will collaborate with System, AOCS/GNC, SW and HW teams to ensure alignment between design, integration, and validation activities across project phases. You will contribute to design decisions early in the project and define a practical plan for integration, testing, and problem solving. This position offers impact across a multidisciplinary team and opportunities to shape system-level integration in challenging space and defence environments.

Responsabilidades

- Lead avionics or AIV activities and define SCOEs and EGSEs
- Coordinate AIT with design phases to ensure coherence between design, integration and validation
- Assess requirements and participate in V&V; planning
- Contribute to design phases (B & C) by identifying needs from AIT activities
- Prepare integration activities: tasks flow, schedules, instrumentation,



tools and facilities
- Identify and define integration/verification facilities and component specifications
- Interact with customers on related activities
- Coordinate with System, AOCS/GNC, SW and HW engineers for the AIT process
- Contribute proposals and internal know-how

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in similar roles (7-10 years) in space and/or defence environments
- Solid background in space and/or defence normative and standards
- Good knowledge on avionics disciplines: GNC, HW, SW, FPGA
- System-level thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across abstraction levels from system requirements to subsystem verification
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
- Interest in related engineering fields (AOCS, HW, SW) and IA
- Proactive and good problem-solving capability
