Advise international and domestic clients on real estate investment strategies and opportunities in Spain and abroad.
Identify, evaluate, and present suitable properties for acquisition or sale, considering market trends, legalities, and client objectives.
Facilitate all aspects of international property transactions, including due diligence, financing arrangements, and legal compliance.
Collaborate with international legal and financial advisors to navigate complex cross-border regulations.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients on property portfolios and market analysis.
Negotiate terms and conditions for international property deals, acting in the best interest of the client.
