You'll keep our courses, studios, teachers and students running smoothly across cities. You should already be skilled and ready to start with minimal training.What you'll be responsible forOperationsCreating and managing course schedules across our citiesCreating and updating courses on our website (WordPress / WooCommerce)Coordinating with studios: availability, bookings, confirmationsAssigning and communicating with teachersManaging and organising data in Airtable and BrevoKeeping registration lists and schedules up to dateStudents and admin (optional)Answering student questions by email and WhatsApp, clearly and kindlyFollowing up with taster class students so they book a full courseAdding students to their course WhatsApp groups before the start dateHandling day-to-day admin following our policies (bookings, changes,
