Overview

In this role, you will design and run the international marketing strategy for brand, sponsorships, hospitality, events, and budget management within Santander WM&I.; You’ll ensure brand consistency and impact across countries, coordinating internal teams, partners, and agencies. You’ll own sponsorship assets end-to-end, measure results, and optimize activations to support Private Banking and Beyond Wealth. This is a cross-country, brand-forward role in a tech-enabled transformation.

Responsabilidades

- Manage sponsorship assets end-to-end (SailGP, Formula 1, Golf, Nadal) and activate rights, visibility, content and experiences
- Coordinate relationships between internal teams, properties, agencies, suppliers and ambassadors
- Oversee calendars, deliverables, contracts, activations and on-site execution
- Analyze initiative results and prepare reports to optimize future activations
- Plan and coordinate hospitality programs (Augusta, Real Madrid box, F1, SailGP)
- Manage invitations, guest relations, logistics, ticketing, accreditations and on-site support
- Coordinate with commercial teams on attendee selection and objective alignment
- Prepare and monitor the department budget, including forecasting, POs, invoicing and deviations
- Coordinate agencies and suppliers with briefs, proposals, negotiations and QA quality checks
- Identify efficiencies to optimize resources without impacting quality or brand




- Drive SPB brand development and ensure consistent application across touchpoints
- Act as Brand Guardian ensuring visual/verbal/experiential consistency per guidelines
- Advise on brand usage and validate creative proposals across geographies
- Coordinate creation or updating of brand tools and resources
- Produce marketing materials for sponsorships, events, hospitality and other initiatives
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of physical and digital materials
- Manage end-to-end events from concept to post-event evaluation
- Coordinate internal events to reinforce culture and awareness
- Manage events with ambassadors ensuring planning, execution and value
- Oversee production: concept, agenda, venues, guests, content, logistics, suppliers, execution, evaluation
- Support cross-country implementation of brand identity across all channels

Requisitos principales
