As a Pega Senior Architect you will lead end-to-end delivery of BPM/Java/Cloud programs while ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and execution excellence.What will make you successful in this position? Mandatory 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, with strong exposure to BPM / Java / Cloud ecosystemsProven experience managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs or multiple projectsStrong technical background in: Java / J2EEREST APIs & MicroservicesCloud technologies (Kubernetes, containers, distributed systems)Experience in Agile delivery models (Scrum/Kanban) and full SDLC lifecycleAbility to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at senior levelsExperience leading integral and distributed teamsStrong communication skills in English (mandatory)
