As an Infrastructure Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, encompassing both cloud-based and on-premises solutions, with a specific focus on Kubernetes environments. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities, technical expertise, and the ability to drive the team towards operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Mentorship:Lead, mentor, and resource the infrastructure team to foster a high-performance culture and hit project targets.Architecture & Planning:Design scalable hybrid roadmaps and Kubernetes-centric system architectures aligned with business goals.Automation & CI/CD:Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD automation usingAnsibleandTerraformto streamline deployments.Operations & Reliability:Maintain performance, monitoring, and uptime across physical servers, networks, storage, and Kubernetes clusters; manage incident response and off-hours maintenance.Security & Compliance:Partner with InfoSec to enforce security controls, run risk assessments,
