Overview

In this role you will support the delivery and evolution of flight operations services for military transport fleets. You will work within the Flight Operations Services Team to define end-to-end services, manage projects and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of aerodata products and operational support. You will collaborate with avionics suppliers, engineering offices and military customers to shape service packages and meet regulatory standards. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a meaningful impact on mission readiness and integral operations.

Responsabilidades

- Deliver OTQC flight operations services, including flight performance, mission planning and aerodata products for worldwide operators
- Design, integrate and deploy new service packages to support business growth and operational readiness
- Lead Technical Project Management: define scope, budget, scheduling, KPIs and deliverables to balance cost and quality




- Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks across active services
- Coordinate cross-functional interfaces with Design Offices, Service Programme Managers, Procurement, Legal
- Supervise external technology providers (Honeywell, Thales, Collins Aerospace, Navblue, GE, Jeppesen) ensuring compliance and SLAs

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical discipline
- 3–5 years of aerospace customer services, flight operations or technical project management experience
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
- Advanced English (C1) both written and spoken
- Robust background in flight operations engineering, mission planning and project management methodologies
- Experience with technical supplier management and regulatory compliance
