At Springboard35, we are looking for an International Trading Trainee (Sales & Purchasing) to join our client, Q Products, an international company founded in the Netherlands in 2008, specializing in the buying, selling, and recovery of IT hardware and telecommunications equipment.

The company works with manufacturers, distributors, leasing companies, and corporate clients across international markets, helping them recover value from surplus stock, returned products, and used IT equipment. From laptops and servers to networking and telecom devices, Q Products identifies new business opportunities and connects supply with demand.

Your challenge

As an International Trading Trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to learn directly from the company's owner, while collaborating with purchasing, sales, technical, and logistics teams across different countries.

Based in Barcelona, you will gain hands-on experience in international buying, selling, and business development, learning how to identify profitable trading opportunities, build relationships with suppliers and customers, and support real commercial transactions in a dynamic international environment.

Your tasks will be:

- Research international markets and identify potential suppliers and buyers of IT hardware.
- Proactively approach new business contacts through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Identify purchasing and sales opportunities and help develop commercial relationships.
- Analyse product offers, market prices, and potential profitability.
- Support negotiations with suppliers and customers.
- Follow up on opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.




- Collaborate with international sales, purchasing, and logistics teams.

About you

- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
- You are able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with your university or business school.
- You have a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Spanish is highly valued; additional languages are a plus.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are confident, proactive, resilient, and comfortable approaching new people.
- You are comfortable working with numbers and have good analytical and organizational skills.
- You are based in Barcelona and available to work on-site.
- Previous experience in IT hardware or international trading is not required. We value attitude, commercial potential, and willingness to learn.
