More than a job: a missionWe're looking for a Train Project Engineering Manager to lead engineering project management and Design to Cost activities at our Santa Perpetua site in Barcelona.

You'll work alongside people who take ownership, drive innovation, and contribute to building greener and smarter mobility solutions.

Your role, your impactLead and manage Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) and Design to Cost (DtC) activities across projects and tenders

Ensure delivery of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) commitments

Oversee deployment of Alstom engineering processes, standards and QMS

Support PrEM teams in issue resolution and priority definition

Manage team capacity, skills development and resource allocation

Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices with Central Engineering

Drive the Design to Cost approach and team developmentYou'll work with committed teams across engineering,

Proven experience in train engineering

5+ years of experience managing teams

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
