Videographer & Digital Content Creator -Luxury Real Estate | Marbella

We are looking for a talented, creative and self-motivated Videographer & Digital Content Creator to join a well-established luxury real estate company in Marbella.

The successful candidate will play an important role in creating engaging, high-quality visual and digital content to showcase luxury properties, new developments and the company's brand across multiple online platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional with a passion for videography, digital storytelling and luxury real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and produce engaging visual content for luxury property listings, new developments and marketing campaigns.

- Create and execute digital content campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook.

- Manage video production from concept to completion, including scripting, filming, editing and post-production.

- Film and produce professional video content at luxury properties, open houses, lifestyle events and other promotional activities.

- Create high-quality content for social media, the company website, blogs, newsletters and other digital marketing channels.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.

- Support digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Production, Media, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.





- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in videography, content creation or visual production, preferably within the luxury sector.

- Previous experience in luxury real estate videography would be a distinct advantage.

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

- Strong creative storytelling and copywriting skills.

- Native-level English, both written and spoken. Spanish language skills would be an advantage.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively within a team.

- Proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with a strong creative mindset.

- Must live in or near Marbella, or be able to commute daily.

- Valid driving licence and own vehicle, with the flexibility to travel to properties and filming locations.

- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as Kling, ElevenLabs and AI workflow automation would be advantageous.

Important: Applicants must include a portfolio or showreel demonstrating their previous video production and content creation work. Applications without a portfolio or showreel will not be considered.

Employment Package

- Spanish employment contract.

- Salary: €1,400–€1,700 net per month, depending on experience.

- Petrol expenses covered for work-related travel.
