? Key responsibilities

- Oversee internal warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory records through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify slow-moving and obsolete stock, and ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Ensure appropriate storage conditions for different material categories, including sensitive and high-value components.
- Optimize warehouse layouts, storage locations, and internal material flows to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor warehouse space utilization and identify opportunities to improve storage capacity and material accessibility.
- Coordinate picking, kitting, and material issuance processes to support automotive production requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely material availability at production lines.
- Monitor line-side replenishment activities and coordinate the resolution of material shortages or supply disruptions.
- Manage outbound warehouse activities, including order consolidation, shipping documentation, loading coordination, and system transactions.
- Coordinate outbound shipments with external logistics service providers.




- Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues affecting shipment accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor warehouse productivity, equipment utilization, operational costs, and key performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standardized warehouse procedures, reporting systems, and operational controls.
- Support the effective use of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to improve inventory visibility and operational accuracy.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations within the automotive industry.
- Experience in an automotive OEM or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Proven knowledge of inventory management, internal warehouse operations, picking, kitting, and outbound logistics.
- Good understanding of automotive production processes and material supply requirements.
- Familiarity with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse optimization, and material flow management.
- Ability to identify and resolve operational issues related to inventory discrepancies, warehouse capacity, production shortages, and outbound delays.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
- Fluent English and Spanish are required.
- Catalan or Chinese will be considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel according to business needs.
