About the Role The Web3 Investment & Portfolio Specialist will focus on digital asset investment research, cryptocurrency portfolio strategy development, and the evaluation of emerging opportunities across blockchain and decentralized finance markets. The role combines financial modeling, portfolio performance analysis, investment due diligence, and NFT market research to develop data-driven insights supporting investment and alternative financing strategies. Working with blockchain developers, digital asset professionals, and project stakeholders, the specialist will evaluate cryptocurrency market trends, analyze token-based financial models, and develop recommendations for portfolio diversification and risk management.

This position offers exposure to cryptocurrency investing, Web3 portfolio research, tokenized assets, and innovative blockchain-based funding initiatives supporting cultural heritage preservation.

What You'll Do





- Develop and evaluate Web3 investment strategies, cryptocurrency portfolio allocation frameworks, and digital asset research models
- Research Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins, NFT ecosystems, tokenized assets, and decentralized finance protocols to identify potential investment opportunities
- Analyze digital asset portfolio performance, risk-adjusted returns, market volatility, liquidity conditions, and diversification strategies
- Conduct fundamental and quantitative investment due diligence on blockchain projects, tokenomics, NFT valuations, and emerging Web3 financial ecosystems
- Evaluate portfolio rebalancing methodologies, capital allocation strategies, investment risk exposure, and blockchain-based financing opportunities
- Prepare investment research reports, portfolio performance assessments, financial models, and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with blockchain engineers, digital artists, and business stakeholders to evaluate investment opportunities and heritage-focused digital asset initiatives

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in cryptocurrency investment research, portfolio management, Web3 finance, digital asset analysis, or related financial markets
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, NFT ecosystems, and digital asset investment strategies




- Experience with financial modeling, portfolio optimization, investment due diligence, asset allocation, and risk management methodologies
- Familiarity with Ethereum, smart contracts, decentralized finance, tokenomics, NFT marketplaces, and on-chain analytics platforms
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with proficiency in Excel, TradingView, Dune, or similar financial research tools; Python or SQL experience is an advantage
- Excellent investment judgment, research, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline preferred; CFA, CAIA, or demonstrated personal cryptocurrency investing and portfolio management experience is an advantage

Compensation

EUR 80,000–110,000 per year in proposed gross base salary, depending on experience, digital asset expertise, and qualifications.
