Your colleagues come from all over Europe, and most of them moved to Valencia for the job, just as you would. It's a social, lively office, and it suits people who are outgoing, like working with others, and want to grow.You'll be the person Dutch customers speak to when they need help. You'll answer questions by phone, email and chat about orders, products, returns and deliveries, and make sure every case is sorted out properly. When something needs another department, you work with the internal teams to solve it, and you keep each customer's records up to date so the next person can pick up where you left off.You don't need customer service experience.
