As Lead, Digital Project Manager you will steer Data PMO initiatives across the Data Platform and enterprise portfolio. You’ll ensure structured delivery, governance, and transparent reporting, coordinating cross-functional teams worldwide. You’ll combine PMO discipline with data-enabled insight to support decision-making and continuous improvement. This role sits at the heart of Schneider Digital, shaping delivery in a fast-growing, global data environment. Responsabilidades

- Manage and coordinate Data PMO initiatives from planning to closure with guidance appropriate to complexity
- Maintain plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, decisions, and deliverables with clear ownership
- Coordinate Data, IT, business and other contributors to keep activities aligned and issues progressing
- Identify delivery risks, slippage, dependencies, and decisions; escalate with impact and suggested actions
- Apply PMO standards and fit-for-purpose methods; tailor Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches




- Facilitate Agile ceremonies where appropriate and surface blockers to protect commitments
- Build stakeholder relationships and prepare updates, dashboards, and decision summaries
- Work in a general, matrixed environment; adapt to diverse cultures and time zones
- Develop and improve project and portfolio reporting, KPIs, and governance information
- Explore and apply AI, automation, and analytics to improve planning, reporting, and risk visibility

Requisitos principales

- Foundational project management knowledge (planning, milestones, risks, status reporting)
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum; awareness of SAFe or similar approaches
- Experience as Scrum Master or facilitating Agile ceremonies is advantageous
- Desire to work with data platforms, analytics, and digital technologies; ability to learn terminology
- Interest in Generative AI, automation, and AI-enabled workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proactive, dependable, and able to take ownership
- Ability to work across global, cross-functional teams and manage multiple actions
