In Babel, we are looking to incorporate 1 AWS Technical Lead with at least 5 years of experience in technical leadership positions in Cloud engineering or similar roles to be part of our team. ?Requirements:

- More than 5 years of experience leading technical teams and coordinating transversal initiatives.
- English level: C1, both spoken and written. Ability to lead technical sessions, coordinate international teams and collaborate with technical stakeholders in English.
- Experience in developing, deploying and operating applications in AWS environments.
- Experience working with distributed architectures and high availability production environments.
- Technical knowledge in AWS Cloud (Preferably: EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch or equivalent services).
- Knowledge of distributed application and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes/EKS platforms.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or equivalent tools.




- Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment automation.
- Design and implementation of REST APIs and distributed services. Modern service-based architectures.
- Integration patterns, messaging and event-driven architectures.
- Networking and security in AWS.
- Management of environments, releases and production changes.

Valuable:

- Advanced experience in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or equivalent tools.
- Experience in DevOps platforms and infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of observability, SRE and vulnerability management.
- AWS Certifications (Developer, SysOps Administrator, DevOps Engineer Professional or similar).
- Experience in regulated environments, banking or financial markets.
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Experience in application modernization and migrations to AWS.
