You will be the first line of operations, monitoring systems, handling tickets, and supporting business-critical platforms in a 24x7 environment.The role requires strong IT infrastructure knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work across cultures.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow and Splunk is highly valued.
