ALIF is a creative and digital marketing agency based in Dubai. We work with hospitality, wellness, real estate and lifestyle brands across the US, Europe, the UAE and Southeast Asia, covering branding, web, paid media, SEO/GEO and AI marketing. We are hiring someone in Barcelona to lead social media strategy and creative direction across our client accounts and ALIF's own channels.

This role is not a traditional social media manager position. If you also create content yourself and are comfortable on camera, this role can grow in that direction too. Own the social strategy for a portfolio of client accounts, from content pillars and monthly calendars to reporting Set the creative direction for each brand's content, making sure it stays true to that client's identity Produce visuals and short-form video with AI tools (image and video generation, AI-assisted editing, prompt-led design), then refine them to a high standard For the right person:



shoot and front content for ALIF and selected clients (talking-head videos, behind-the-scenes, UGC-style pieces) Work daily inside ALIF Studio, our in-house AI content platform, and help shape how it develops Track performance and turn the data into next month's plan Fluent English, written and spoken. 3+ years in social media, content or creative roles, ideally agency side A strong eye: editorial layout, typography, cropping, image quality.

Organised, self-directed and comfortable managing several brands at once Figma skills, plus basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar) A plus: you create content yourself, have your own following or portfolio, and enjoy being on camera Remote role in a small, fast-moving team
