American Express's Global Financial Crimes Surveillance Unit (GFCSU) is part of the broader General Risk & Compliance organization, operating within Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC), and provides end-to-end oversight and support of global financial crimes investigations.
The GFCSU Quality Control Review (QCR) Team performs ongoing monitoring of Financial Crimes investigations to support adherence to applicable legal and regulatory standards, internal procedures, and established quality requirements.
The QCR B30 Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for independently reviewing completed investigative casework and decisions, applying sound risk-based judgment, identifying quality gaps and errors, challenging investigative conclusions when appropriate, and supporting consistent application of investigative and quality standards.
