Chubb is seeking an APAC Vendor Management Analyst to support the execution of our regional Vendor Management strategy across APAC. In this role, you will work closely with the APAC Vendor Manager and APAC Vendor Management Lead to help strengthen governance, enhance reporting and analytics, support due diligence activities, and contribute to vendor performance management across the region. Key Responsibilities Support the analysis of internal and external data to help inform business decisions and drive corrective actions. Support data uploads to keep vendor management dashboards and tools current.
Develop
Excel reports and professional PowerPoint presentations to support the regional Vendor Management Performance Program. Create user guides and training documentation to support platform adoption. Help identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and support risk mitigation.
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement or Claims Vendor Performance Management across multiple vendor categories preferred. Proven experience managing vendor performance programs using SLAs, KPIs, and Balanced Scorecards.
Advanced
Excel skills;
experience with QlikSense dashboards and Power BI is preferred.
