As Assistant Finance Manager, you will be the key day-to-day Finance leader based at Kimpton Vividora Barcelona, working closely with and reporting to the Cluster Director of Finance, who oversees the financial leadership of Barcelona and Mallorca.You will act as the right hand of the Cluster Director of Finance, taking strong ownership of the daily financial and accounting operation of the Barcelona hotel.

Your role is to ensure that reporting, controls, reconciliations, credit, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, budgeting and forecasting processes are accurate, timely and robust, allowing the Cluster Director of Finance to focus effectively on the strategic and cluster responsibilities of both properties.This role goes beyond accounting. on finance leader and business partner who understands hotel operations, uses financial analysis and data to anticipate issues and opportunities, and helps department heads make better business decisions.You will help lead, organise and develop the Finance team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, efficiency and continuous professional growth.Finance Leadership &
