Desired years of experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Security and IAM

Required Qualifications

University degree, FP qualification or equivalent professional experience in

Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related discipline. An

AWS Security certification is nice to have

Key Responsibilities / Functional Skills:

- Design and implement security controls for AWS cloud environments.
- Assess cloud architectures, configurations and services against enterprise security requirements.
- Define and support identity, access, logging, monitoring, encryption and audit controls.
- Identify cloud-security risks and recommend practical remediation actions.
- Contribute to security reviews, assurance activities and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cloud, platform, risk and customer security stakeholders.

Must-Have:





- Deep hands-on AWS security expertise.
- GenAI or Agentic Platforms knowledge
- Experience with IAM, encryption, secrets, logging, monitoring and security posture management.
- Ability to perform security architecture and control reviews.
- Knowledge of cloud risk, compliance and audit requirements.
- Profile must be a true security specialist, not primarily a DevOps engineer.

Good to have:

- AWS Security certification.
- Banking-sector or regulated-environment experience.
- Knowledge of AWS Organizations, Control Tower, Security Hub, GuardDuty, KMS and CloudTrail.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code security and automated policy enforcement.
- Additional cloud or cybersecurity certifications.
