- Support the Billing Department by designing and executing NetSuite queries to address business and customer requirements- Manage and maintain subscription data, perform basic subscription processing, and ensure data accuracy across billing operations.
- Prepare, cleanse, and validate large datasets in Excel for mass uploads into NetSuite.
- Produce reports and analyses to support operational and management decision-making.




- Act as a key liaison between Finance and other business functions to resolve data and billing-related issues.
- Participate in cross-functional finance projects, process improvement initiatives, and system enhancements.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and implementation of new finance solutions.
- Provide analytical and operational support to the Billing Manager, including KPI reporting and ad hoc analyses.
- Contribute to the optimization and automation of billing processes.
- Ensure compliance with finance controls, data governance standards, and best practices.What We're Looking For:
- Experience: minimum 2 years of experience as business analyst- Languages: Native French Speaker; Good level of English is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
