Set governance standards for capability management, including taxonomy and naming conventions

Translate business needs into capabilities, target operating models, and transformation initiatives

Manage capability hierarchies and interrelationships across organizational levels

Conduct capability assessments, gap analyses, and impact evaluations to support decisions

Ensure alignment between business, enterprise, and technology strategies through capability practices

Map capabilities to processes, applications, value streams, and structures

Harmonize capability frameworks across the organization

Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to align priorities with roadmaps





Contribute to methodologies, operating models, and governance frameworks in business architecture

Support process architecture initiatives and ensure view consistency across capability/process/operating models

Facilitate workshops to build consensus with business and tech stakeholders

Produce architecture artefacts using LeanIX and related tools

Advise senior stakeholders on business architecture and transformation topics

Requisitos principalesSignificant experience in Business Architecture, Business Transformation, or Enterprise Architecture

Strong expertise in Business Capability Modelling and related frameworks

Proven track record defining and governing large-scale capability models

Understanding of relationships among capabilities, processes, value streams, operating models, applications, and structures

Hands-on LeanIX experience for capability modelling and portfolio management

Knowledge of BPM principles; Signavio is a strong advantage

Ability to bridge business and technology with diverse stakeholders

Excellent stakeholder management, including senior leadership

Strong workshop facilitation and consensus-building skills

Analytical, problem-solving, and dependency/impact analysis abilities

Highly autonomous in complex, international environments

Experience with large-scale transformation is desirable
