Role descriptionAs a Business Process Architect O2C (Order-to-Cash), you will design and optimize end-to-end business processes in the O2C area and ensure their efficiency, transparency and quality. You will analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with business functions and IT to develop standardized, scalable process solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing process designs, documenting requirements, supporting implementations, and contributing to change and training initiatives for integral stakeholders.

You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to further develop process standards and advance strategic initiatives across the O2C process landscape. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Darmstadt.





Qualifications

- You have in-depth knowledge of the SAP ERP system, with a focus on Order-to-Cash. Additional knowledge of the MM-IM, LE and A2R modules would be an advantage.
- As a Business Process Architect, you will work on SAP rollout projects for S/4HANA in the O2C area.
- You are able to take on project leadership for smaller projects.
- You have solid knowledge of Business Process Management and Business Process Improvement, enabling you to model, manage and continuously improve business processes in a structured way.
- Your experience in Business Process Re-engineering and Business Process Design helps you critically assess existing workflows and develop forward-looking, efficient process architectures in the O2C environment.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and KPIs enable you to identify the causes of process inefficiencies and support fact-based decision-making.
- A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science or a comparable field, as well as experience working in complex, international corporate environments, would be an advantage.
- Experience with process modeling tools, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and very good English skills in
