They Must Meet The Following Requirements For a COACH:
* Have a University degree in: Translation & Interpretation, or English Philology, or English Literature, or Teaching English as a Foreign Language or similar.
* Bilingual in English & Spanish, or proof of C2 proficiency level of English and C2 level proficiency of Spanish
* Have some teaching experience
* A TEFL/TESOL/ CELTA certificate or similar is a plus
* A Master's in specified field is a plus
* Time spent living abroad in an English-speaking country is a plus You Should:
* Have a passion for teaching adults.
* Be social, active, and energetic
* Be extrovert and open-minded
* Willing to participate with students in social events
* Be adaptable and empathetic
* Have a nice presence
* Be very organized
