* Senior leadership in large‐scale software factory environments (~150 people): full ownership of delivery, organization, and technical strategy across multiple practices (Java, .
NET, Data, AI).
* P&L; ownership and business performance: responsibility for revenue, margins, cost control and forecasting, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability of the software factory.
* People leadership & organizational development: management of multidisciplinary teams (engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps), including hiring, mentoring, performance management and scaling capabilities.
* International project delivery & client management: oversight of complex global programs,



acting as executive point of contact for key clients and ensuring high‐quality delivery across geographies.
* Technology & delivery strategy: definition of delivery models, architecture standards and best practices across cloud‐native development, modern architectures and data/AI solutions.
* Stakeholder & sales alignment (incl. presales): close collaboration with commercial teams, supporting presales, shaping proposals and ensuring alignment between business goals and delivery execution. What does our client offer
