* Take full ownership of major product design initiatives from discovery through implementation.
* Define goals, plan a quarterly roadmap, and make strategic design decisions.
* Conduct customer research sessions to understand user pains and needs.
* Translate insights into simple, elegant, and usable solutions.
* Design end-to-end product experiences from early research to high-fidelity interfaces.
* Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design process.
* Review designs, iterate quickly, and incorporate feedback.
* Shape the foundations of the design practice, including processes, standards, and culture.
* Mentor junior designers and share experience with the wider team. Требования

* Ability to work effectively with ambiguous problems and take products from zero to one.
* Ownership of discovery, design, validation, and iteration.




* Strong understanding of user problems and user-centric design.
* Ability to create scalable solutions, patterns, and principles.
* Hands-on experience moving from rough ideas and prototypes to high-quality interfaces.
* Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.
* Ability to articulate thinking, decisions, and trade-offs clearly in English.
