We’re a B2B startup in the financial sector, and we’re growing faster than we expected. Our industry tends to communicate in a boring way, and we want to change that. We’re looking for someone who wants to build the brand from the inside and grow with us.

What you’ll do

- Create lead-gen content (ebooks, checklists, market reports, guides, case studies, and more) aligned with our content and SEO/GEO strategy.

- Write and update blog posts, landing pages, newsletters, emails, and campaign content.

- Turn complex financial and product topics into clear, compelling messages tailored to each audience and platform.

- Manage our brand's social channels: content strategy, editorial calendar, publishing, and community management.

- Film and star in video content (Reels, Stories, short-form clips) and pitch new formats like podcasts, webinars, and AI-powered content.

- Spot trends and opportunities, and bring creative ideas to grow reach and engagement.

- Repurpose webinars, events, and interviews across formats and channels.

- Come up with and run creative campaigns with a strong concept and measurable goals.

- Optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search to help drive organic growth.





- Track content and social performance (traffic, engagement, leads generated) and use the data to recommend improvements.

What we’re looking for

- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role focused on professional social media management B2B.

- Native or native-level Spanish proficiency.

- Fluent English (C1 or higher).

- A natural, confident presence on camera, and you're excited to film yourself and be the voice of the brand.

- Creativity: you bring ideas and new formats to the table without waiting to be asked.

- A proactive, self-starting mindset and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Figma.

- Practical knowledge of SEO and content analytics.

- Must be located in commutable distance to Madrid, Community of Madrid, the European Union.
