OverviewIn this Core Engine Programmer role, you will architect and evolve the Glacier engine to support multiple high-profile, cross-platform titles.

You'll own core systems, influence the technical roadmap, and work closely with the Engine team to scale infrastructure for future projects.

Your work will focus on performance, memory management, and robust tooling to support a studio-wide performance culture.

You'll mentor peers and help enforce coding standards in a collaborative, international environment.

ResponsabilidadesDesign, develop, and maintain core engine systems (entity management, resource systems, infrastructure)

Evolve the Glacier engine for current and future projects

Write robust C++ code supporting multiple titles across generations

Optimize memory and performance with a focus on scalability and platform constraints

Develop, adopt, and maintain profiling/diagnostic tools for performance culture





Collaborate with the Technical Director and Engine team on the technical roadmap

Support platform expansion and port core systems to new technologies

Mentor junior colleagues and foster knowledge-sharing

Strengthen and enforce coding practices and standards

Requisitos principales3+ years of engine programming experience using C++

Shipped at least 1 AAA title as an Engine Programmer

Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, memory management, and multithreading

Mastery of debugging complex, cross-system issues in large codebases

Console development experience with platform-specific constraints

Proven ability to break down tasks, estimate scope, and assess work across engineering

Excellent communicator in a distributed, international team

Excellent communicator team-oriented problem-solving mindset
