Role Description The Crypto Trader role at PyM – iNTERNATIONAL is a full-time remote position focused on managing and executing cryptocurrency trades across multiple exchanges and markets. In this role, the professional will monitor market movements, analyze price action, and apply trading strategies to optimize risk-adjusted returns.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching digital assets, identifying trading opportunities, placing and managing orders, and maintaining accurate records of trade activity and performance.

The Crypto

Trader will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to share market insights, refine strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant trading guidelines and risk management practices. This role requires independent decision-making, disciplined execution, and continuous learning in a fast-paced, evolving crypto environment.





Responsibilities

- Trade spot, futures, perpetuals, and options across centralized and decentralized exchanges
- Develop, test, and execute trading strategies (directional, arbitrage, market-neutral, basis, funding rate, or momentum)
- Monitor order books, liquidity, spreads, funding rates, and market microstructure in real time
- Manage positions, leverage, and exposure within approved risk limits
- Apply strict risk management: position sizing, stop-losses, hedging, and drawdown control
- Analyze market data, on-chain metrics, news, and macro events to identify trading opportunities
- Optimize execution to reduce slippage, fees, and market impact
- Maintain accounts and liquidity across multiple exchanges and wallets
- Work with risk, treasury, and research teams to align trading with firm limits and capital
- Keep a trading journal and review results to improve strategies
- Track PnL, Sharpe ratio, drawdown, and other performance metrics, and report to management
- Follow compliance and internal trading policies

Requirements

- 2-3+ years of experience trading crypto, FX, equities, or derivatives (professional or verified personal track record)
- Strong understanding of crypto markets, order books, liquidity, leverage, and derivatives mechanics
- Proven discipline in risk management and position sizing
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to read charts, data, and market structure
- Experience with exchange platforms, trading terminals, and APIs
- Ability to make fast, disciplined decisions under pressure
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Willingness to work versátil hours in a 24/7 market
