of customer post-sales requestsHandle outbound calls when necessary to resolve issues with customers and internal teamsCreate quotes and follow up with cross-selling/up-selling with a proactive and service-oriented attitudeMaintain knowledge of the Store portfolio and post-sales processesManage customer post-sales tasks: order cancellations, claims, follow-up on orders and deliveries, refund requests, and escalationsYour QualificationsWe value diverse backgrounds, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
