Personally lead demand intake for complex, high-impact, or senior-level requests
Maintain comprehensive demand pipeline with full visibility across all stakeholders
Coordinate actions between Snowflake and Visualization teams

Build strategic relationships with
P&C; leaders and senior stakeholders at executive level
Proactively engage to anticipate strategic priorities and emerging needs
Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements with Data Translator
Foster collaborative environment across organizational boundaries

Assessment &
- Prioritization
Lead and govern prioritization framework for full
P&C; demand portfolio
, managing senior-level prioritization discussions with structured recommendations
Challenge and refine requests
, assessing risk and impacts to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational goals
Ensure Demand Manager applies consistent criteria and escalates appropriately

About You
Education
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
Master's degree strongly preferred
Experience
Proven people management experience with 2–3 direct reports minimum
