Experteer Overview As Director AI Search and Visibility, you will lead the strategy to maximize content visibility and relevance across traditional and AI-powered search ecosystems.

You will shape SEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery approaches, ensure structured, machine-readable content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed search-optimized design.

You will measure AI search presence, drive experimentation, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders, positioning Novartis as a leader in AI search.
