As Engineering

Manager, you will directly report to the CPTO . You will sit on top of the “EMI Services” composed by Tech Leads, Software developers and QA (10 people). You will oversee the delivery and the technical performance for all the products developed and maintained by the squad.

A direct manager of developers in Spain, the Engineering Manager will drive ambition through leadership, and leverage its people management skills to build long‑term motivation and performance. Participating in the Engineering Department's vision and organization to meet our development goals. Setting goals and KPI to measure team performance and development quality.

As Engineering





Manager you will define and run the rituals necessary to ensure the delivery. What qualities and skills are required? At least 2 years of proven experience in supporting and managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating successful team development and project delivery.

Fluent in Spanish and English,French will be a plus. Able to balance between development quality and velocity in the product delivery. Capable of clearly articulating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders (Product, DevOps, Compliance and Legal).

Knowledge of Python, Microservices Architecture, gRPC will be a plus. HR online interview. CPTO online interview. Case study resolution and an online discussion meeting with the CPTO and another EM or SPM.
